Overview

The AoL system at GIM follows a five-step, program-level process.

• It begins with defining Competency Goals aligned with the program’s mission.

• The curriculum is then designed to support these goals.

• Competency attainment is measured periodically using defined direct and indirect methods.

• Based on the results, improvement areas are identified, actions are implemented, and the next cycle verifies their effectiveness.

Once all goals are sustainably achieved, the competency goals may be reviewed and revised as needed.​​
